Frequently asked questions
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are shipped within 3–4 days of being placed. Depending on your location, delivery then takes about 7–10 working days from the date of dispatch. You will receive an automated email with the dispatch confirmation and tracking ID.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. Tell us within 5 days of delivery that you want to return a product, and make sure it reaches our warehouse within 30 days, unused and in its original condition. If a product arrives damaged, raise a return request and, after inspection, we offer a replacement or a refund (we pay the delivery cost of the replacement). See our Return Policy for the full conditions.
How do I cancel an order?
Email support@thebengalstore.com. An order can be cancelled only if it has not been shipped yet. If you paid by credit card or net banking and the order has not shipped, we refund the full amount.
Why does my handcrafted product look slightly different from the photo?
Most of our products are handcrafted individually, so colour, shape and pattern can vary slightly from piece to piece. Screen settings, lighting and photography can also change how colours look on your device.
