Sonamukhi Clay Dolls
Sonamukhi in Bankura is one of the major hubs for the production of terracotta horses, elephants, and other figurines. The horses and elephants in particular bear their own distinctive style and craftsmanship. Other popular figurines include the snake goddess Manasa, snakes, Bhagyamani dolls and soldier dolls, all made by the skilled artisans of Patuapara, Sonamukhi.

পোড়ামাটির ঘোড়া, হাতি ও অন্যান্য পুতুল নির্মাণের অন্যতম প্রধান শিল্পকেন্দ্র বাঁকুড়ার সোনামুখি। সোনামুখির ঘোড়া ও হাতিগুলির নিজস্ব স্থানীয় ধাঁচ ও শৈলী রয়েছে। এছাড়াও সোনামুখির মাটির পুতুল হিসেবে জনপ্রিয় মনসার চালি, সাপ, ভাগ্যমণি পুতুল ও সিপাহী পুতুল। এই মাটির পুতুলগুলি বানিয়েছেন সোনামুখির পটুয়াপাড়ার দক্ষ শিল্পীরা।
