Saibal Karmakar is an artist from Bengal specializing in printmaking. Born in December of 1988, he completed his education from the Government College of Art and Craft before doing an MFA in printmaking from Rabindra Bharati University in 2015.

His work usually revolves around the topic of terrorism and destruction as he feels that is something he really connects to and feels for, and that itself is what motivated him to work the way he does today.
